Class descriptions:
Beginner - Learn all the basic yoga postures with attention to alignment working at your fitness level. Suitable for brand new beginners as well as those with some experience.
Level 1 - Vinyasa Flow sequence at a moderate pace. Suitable for intermediate students or those with some experience with a flow sequence.
Level 2 - Challenging Vinyasa Flow sequence. Suitable for intermediate/advanced practitioners.
Open Level - A vinyasa flow sequence which incorporates the postures from a level 1 &2 class. Suitable for intermediate/advanced students familar with a vinyasa flow sequence.
Meditation/Lecture - Relaxation & meditation techniques are taught. Yogic philosophy, open discussion and an individual mini-reiki healing will be given to all.
Woman's Group - Reclaim your feminine power through group discussion, meditation and tea. Each month will bring a new topic and techniques to keep you empowered!
